Wow! What comes to my mind is the term "aging well". I have seen 27year-olds who look many years older, and I have seen 45 year-olds look half their age. The rose made me think of this! Thanks, Sandy!! :)
I tried to write something about the gun ad post - but I could not find the words. And reading at least one of the replies I wish other people had exercised restraint as well.
Is that what you call this...! With all these aches and pains...I don't know how graceful I am!! HA! As for your pic...gorgeous and flowers do have that grace for sure. Hugs SUeAnn

Good to know I'm not the only one aging, but your flower for the day does it much better! Great post for the day, Sandy!
Yes indeed! As long as yo hang on the stem you are still a flower, Sandy!

if we can be so lucky...
Grace in every stage of life!
I can only agree...totally! For flowers, they can never be ugly.
Beautiful picture ! I prefer to age cheerfully ! Lol !

I like that term...aging gracefully!
It certainly is aging gracefully, a real beauty Sandy.
We all should look so good as we age.
A fading flower in the fading light. Beautiful.
I love the title. Hope it applies to me. I'm withering fast.
Love this shot. Hope you'll find time to visit my entry.
This is so beautiful. I wish aging gracefully came as naturally to me as it does to your beautiful rose.
