    I always ask "how are you" with a warm smile on my face so that my friends will dig deep for the good in their lives and not spout the petty little inconveniences of life that pass away soon enough...something I learned from my mother...lessons from Mama have always served me well...think I will entitle my next book exactly that...Lessons from Mama...what doyou think?

    Oh so true. The little things like saying, "how are you" "thanks dear" "hope you have a great day" ....they are the words that add up to love and living well with someone else. this is very good Sandy. Simple but powerful words here.
