The grasses and the trees growing along the intracoastal waterway in Surf City, North Carolina, radiated the warmth and light of summer even in late December. Of such things I can't seem to get enough.
I love scenery like this. One of my all time dreams has been to visit Cape Cod. That's how I picture the beaches there, lots of dunes, breakers etc...This is lovely Sandy. Your heart is always there...

These are wonderful shots Sandy. I love grasses and coastal trees and find them so peaceful looking in winter.

You can almost see the soft wind blowing through the grasses. I love the waves that the grasses seem to pattern. Great photos!
