Here is a flower blooming happily at Harkness Memorial Park last Saturday. In the distance: Long Island Sound. This is a beautiful place. Our timing was perfect. After a week of wind and rain, I somehow doubt we'd see tomorrow what we saw a week ago. Every minute counts. Thank God.

ReplyDeleteWe were lucky to have good weather these last days and today We see clouds and I hope they hold out for my sons soccer game.
I have two indoor plants that are about 17 years old now.
I have not changed the soil in there for a few years and today remembered to buy fresh soil. I hope they will enjoy it because lately they have not been doing well but they love sunshine and have been hanging in there.
Gorgeous capture, Sandy! Love the rich golden color! Hope you get some more sun in the coming week. Doesn't look to promising here! Enjoy your day!
