Very hectic weekend so apologies for missing those wonderful photos from the library til now .. and I am mad for the first shot, I can picture that building with the ivy livening it up ...

We have many walls with the vines creeping down them and it looks so neat when the leaves come on them but interesting with just the vines. You have some very interesting things to photograph in your town!

I love watching your blog. Being from CT, I enjoy revisiting some site of my youth. I grew up in Harwinton on the Naugatuck River. Thanks for sharing.

Waterbury looks like a place Jack and I should visit someday soon. I like that vine on the building. Looks a little bit like wisteria.

You have such the eye for interesting stuff. I wander around my town looking at the old details on buildings that are abandoned and I think somebody at some time was worried about what that looked like. So I try and notice things just because at one time decades ago somebody wanted me to.

There are so many great buildings there! I love the vines all over the one! I'm sad that we don't put so much effort into our construction nowadays.
