Just an ordinary evening at the bottom of the hill. Here's where I wait for the geese and the turtles and the frogs, watch the fishermen, make a phone call or two, watch the flag take shape in the breeze, and listen for the insects that say night is here. I like ordinary. A lot.
Before I got to my piece of heaven last week, I enjoyed this view of the sky along the way:

Very peaceful. I love going in my back yard at the end of the day and relaxing in my hammock. Or any time of day, actually!
ReplyDeleteOrdinary is good. I think it's a special gift to appreciate everyday life. Consider yourself blessed. ;-)
ReplyDeletelovely and full of love from the universe
ReplyDeleteOrdinary is good -- how else could we determine extraordinary?
ReplyDeleteI am jealous of your "bottom of the hill." Although, I do have the Columbia River nearby and all our paved trails throughout the city . . . so maybe just a little! Ü
we used to have peaceful woods behind our condo when we first purchased it Twenty years ago.than the state of Ohio put in the long though abandoned freeway connection for I-480 to downtown.a lot of trees and land was removed and now we get to listen to freeway traffic all the time.
ReplyDeleteI agree, ordinary is good. Nice early skywatch! Happy weekend.
