What a marvelous photo! Lovely.Hugs, G
That is lovely!
What wonderful color and light shades in this photograph!
I enlarged it and it looks very soft. I have no idea what it is. . . definitely light on it. Forgive my ignorance.
That's a really interest effect. It does look soft, but also translucent in that light.I'm imaging if one could create something on human scale that looks (and feels) like it.
It looks as if the light is coming from within and just spilling forth!
Yes I see the light LOLIts a GREAT shot its different but very funny........
Soft and pretty. Lovely.
Almost looks like the sun in a leaf. As above, so below. Lovely.
the light seems to be coming from within the rose... just like the light of wisdom and faith :)...
Stunning and so gentle.
it looks like a lovely rose, needs a poem written about it.
The breadth and depth of beauty this contains are truly beyond words.
Wow, that is like a study in light.
Awesome -- beautiful.
I really appreciated the kind comments you left on my site. Thanks.
I like the way this seems to be backlit and the light seems to be seeping through the petal to our side. Or have I got that totally wrong?Anyway, excellent photo.
i can almost smell this rose :) Inspiring since we just got another 4 inches of "white stuff " here gp
This looks like Easter Morning. Beautiful.
THIS is what Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James saw when they returned to the Lord's tomb.
This is a wonderful picture of your roses Sandy!the light is almost ethereal in quality!
Yellow roses... It'll be a while before we see any of those here. It looks so warm.

Beautiful macro.I like the light flowing through it.
The light source is the afternoon sun as I saw it through the petal of a rose!
