PS: On a personal note, I actually have a letter from Helen Keller and a photo of her and her guide dog. Sent to me when I was a kid (I loved writing to famous people) from Westport, Connecticut. It is a treaured item.

sandy - in canada we have property taxes and then school taxes
ReplyDeleteSo we know how much is paid out to what It is better to separate everything so there is better control and accountability as to where the money is going,
