Here we go with more and more snow. When I stepped out back yesterday and had a look, I saw how our world is shaped by the elements. I have to marvel at the ability of trees to take on the weight of so much snow. We can't say the same for our gutters, which need constant attention so they don't collapse under the load. There's a lot to be said for being flexible and drinking in what comes our way.

a really pretty shot, sandy!
ReplyDeleteYour area is sure having a snowy winter. Love those evergreens that can take the snow. Do you think you will ever get out of school this summer?
ReplyDeleteLovely shot!
ReplyDeleteGreat capture. It is like a blanket, a cold one.
ReplyDeletewe had extreme cold in Dec or was it Jan? Anyway many of our shrubs and even pine trees won't make it-the needles on many evergreens are bright RED!
ReplyDeleteNothing quite as pretty as snow on pine needles.
ReplyDeleteLovely capture. Despite the apparent cold, very inviting.

ReplyDeletepretty shot. Living in a country where it's above 30 degree Celsius all year round, I am trying to imagine how cold it is over your part of the world.
