Wonderful capture and I do love your bird against the blue skies and beautiful words as always! Have a wonderful day! If you were in Seattle you would have still another day off!! Schools have been close most of the week -- we don't deal well with snow, particularly the city itself!!

Excellent capture! I hope to take some pics of them when I travel to Florida in February. We don't have them in NJ.

Beautiful!
Lovely bird and sky, and the picture perfect for your beautiful words.
You started me out giggling at the title and then your introspective poem made me ponder and mull over it. Very nice capture and poem.
We had a pair in Miami and we only saw them flying in one direction every morning lol Try as we might, we never saw them fly back.
Wonderful! I am always amazed when people get such good photos of birds in flight!
Loved the words. And you did get his good side.
Yes, I agree you got his good side. Around and around we go.
Yes, this side looks better. :)

Bare Trees against the Sky, have a nice weekend!
I think you got his "good side" - great shot, Sandy. Ah, to be sailing over the sea--what a free feeling that would be. Mickie :)
Nice work. I do indeed believe you captured his good side, if he has one. Have a great week-end.
Yes it really is what I want...to taste the ocean on my skin or his skin...anyone's skin actually!! I just want to taste the ocean. Ha!!
