Grant's is the seafood shop in Sneads Ferry where dad gets mom and me our daily dose of cherry stone clams. Lovely people where the living's done--off the beaten path.

Sometimes life is best off the beaten path … peaceful, slower paced and less stressful than the daily city grind can be. :)

Oh, I love seafood!! And I would love a place like this!! I'm glad my dinner is cooking -- even if it isn't seafood -- I'm suddenly starving! Hope you had a great Memorial Day weekend, Sandy! Enjoy the remainder of your week!

Very interesting images, I am sure it must be a wonderful experience to taste fresh treasures from the sea.
Thank you for your touching comment on my yesterdays post dear Sandy - you always have a friend in me...

I like the out of the way places. We have our Shrimp place near South Padre Island, it reminds me of Grants.

You make me think of Through the Looking Glass, the walrus and the carpenter.
