I am sitting here in NH ~ hazy, hot, humid ~ and am just going to sit in front of your photo and imagine the sea breeze, cool on my skin and the wind whipping around. I feel cooler already - thanks Sandy!
Great shot Sandy! I remember as a teen sailing to Shackleford Banks with a family before they had ferries that went there. It was great because almost no one went there back then so it was mostly the horses and a few people with boats. We camped and also slept on the boat for over a week and the big thing was shrimping at night. We brought huge coolers of shrimp we caught in the nets back with us. Ah memories. It's fun for me to come here and feel like I'm visiting a neighbor.

I have been sailing on a tiny little boat. Even though it was tiny it was fun. I can't imagine being out on a large boat like this in the ocean. It must be awesome. It is so to just see photos of it.
