These angels preside at St. John's on the Green in Waterbury, Connecticut. They caught my eye while I was waiting for my daughter's choir to sing so I could make a video for its blog. They are very strong yet graceful. I want them on my team.
can you imagine how difficult it is to get dressed with those wings. LOL! We believe angels don't have wings but it's only symbolic of how they get around so easily. Fun photos. I love stained glass windows and the thoughts of angels helping us that we can't see.
I never heard of that remark soemone made about angels not having wings. . . everything I have ever read or heard says they do. Hmmmmmm, now I shall have to go search my Bible.
OK back to your photos of these beautiful creatures. . . no wonder your eye caught them to share with us -- simply divine!
Beautiful colours that you caught in those photos. I think your guardian was looking after you when you took those magnificent photos. You knew exactly how to frame them in those windows! Really appealing shots.
