ReplyDeleteFantastic reminder when many just think of a long weekend instead of why we have it. I will be going to a wonderful ceremony tomorow to honor all men who laid down their lives in the past and a special salute to those who lost their lives this past year from our county.
ReplyDeleteToday, in church, we were asked to stand if we served, if we were a parent of one who served, or a relative of one who served. Almost the entire church body were standing.
Long may that beautiful flag wave. I am prod to be an American.
