And interesting takes they are too! Sometimes graffiti is as artistic as anything you'd find in a gallery. Had a few photos from Wrightsville Beach I posted last week you might like.
These are nice crops, really focus in on the artistic-ness of the subject. I've been a reluctant convert to the appreciation graffiti, not so much because of the look of it, but because that it adds one more layer of busy-eye stuff to already crowded urban spaces. I like these!
I'm not a fan of graffiti in general, but I like the message I've got here:
that sometimes it's not what you're looking at, but *how* you're looking: our perspective is what finds the beauty in anything. So if you're not liking what you see, try seeing a different way a while. I like it!
Great colors and movements in these two shots. Those can easily be the start of another outstanding artistic project - like a slide of photos, maybe? Your picture of the hibiscus (or is it another flower?) shows it had been loved and cared for - abundantly. Grateful for you sharing your passion of photography and love of art.
Nice text art. I can't make any of it out, so I thought I might comment on your earlier post instead. But I also didn't know what to say to "When someone loves you"... mostly because no one does. But hey... I've got my model trains. :)
Very very clever. I love this and the title you have for it. You do show graffiti well, as a true art form, showing it's positives. Done properly, it is striking art.
