How bad is it that it's the end of September and I'm giving serious thought to turning on the air conditioner just to get rid of the humidity in my home? It's GROSS here!
Well, of course she was oblivious, she didn't need to worry that her makeup might run, or her hair would frizz... and he just looks so New England stoic. I imagine he'd remain non-plussed in any situation.
I did love some of the wonderful and imaginative scarecrows we saw the couple of times we visited that area of the country in the fall. Great stuff!!
Aren't they cute! We had a break in the rain so we took a walk over to Yankee Candle to get some fall pictures. Hoping to have some nice weather weekends and get more of New England's finest colors.
Very lovely image, Sandy. Thanks for the response about your poetry. I always read (and reread) your poems with great interest and transport: they are so deep.
Before the photo downloaded I was wondering if the couple minded that you were putting them on the internet. . . lol I think they will give approval. I loved seeing them and glad to make their acquaintance even if they don't mind the rain!!!!!!
that looks like it was a lot of fun to pull together I wanted to drop you a note about a change that I am making on my blog. I am changing the format soon to create a quicker download and I plan am taking my recprical links to it's own page. But I wanted to make the recprical page special - rather then just listing people I thought I would put a little thumb photo or the logo of the site and a brief description. I appreciate your listing of my link on your site so I wanted to see if you were interested in this. If you are interested please send the image you would like to use and a short description to this address. I plan to create that page before I update my main page template. Right now the bare bones link page is at: http://ascenderrisesabove.com/wordpress/?page_id=4330. It will be a slow process as I will only be able to work on it a little bit a day. Let me know if you are interested. Jacquelyn
