I have admired this image for a long time, Sandy: it's so charming! The Pope has ended his holiday and is preparing his pilgrimage to Lourdes. I'll speak about Lourdes in the next weeks.
"Topsail" as in "Topsail Island?" or "Topsail Beach?" I know the place! That's a beautiful part of the coast. Some of the stories behind those dunes... not as pretty, but the beach is beautiful. -Mojo
Wonderful beach scene, Sandy. And it must be the slow time at the drive-in; there are no cars waiting in the on-beach parking places between the fences.
And I like your treasures!! Gorgeous picture Sandy!!
I just photographed my skywatch for Friday,it was gorgeous, and I will post it, but I won't be able to put my link up, because I'm not in the country! Will you visit me anyway? I'll be in London for the weekend, looking for more treasures!
great place to relax!!! Perfect catch for WW! Mine's up too hope you can drop by... I am asking for your help!!! Please vote PrettyLifeOnline for Pinoyworld blog .... voting poll at my sidebar... Thank you so much!
I love this photo. I've never seen the small fences on the beach here on the west coast. What are they for, to keep people from walking on sun bathers?
wow! this is a wonderful image of summer --- a blending of cool sea, summer harvest (represented by the oats) and that delightful walk along the sandy beach with feather like clouds in the sky... it's beautiful!!!
What a lovely photo Sandy. That's such a nice relaxing scene. Makes you want to kick off your shoes and get sand between your toes as you stroll along the beach.
What a lovely ocean view … we don’t get ‘sea oats’ growing where I live … just Palm Trees planted originally to obscure the gradually disappearing (but popping up offshore) oil wells. Hugs and blessings,
Hi Sandy, are those oats edible? Your beach scene looks very relaxing and lonesome (sorta'). Hope your WW was happy, thanks for your nice comment, in actuality that nice smile belonged to Mrs. Jim and she wasn't riding a bicycle. :-) ..
