As an artist as well as a keen amateur gardener I adore colour and could not live my life without it...it's part of the reason why I have never liked black and white photographs, as I find them unnatural.
Oh I think I have to put Greek Festival on my things to do before I die list. Beautiful colors and I'm kinda hungry right now so I'm smelling some Greek food too :)
Those Greek festivals are soooo nice. I hope you enjoyed yourself. Our Greek Festival in Houston is in the fall, October, when it's cooler. Last year was the 41st, we haven't been for a while. Our family meets and eats a Niko Niko's Greek restaurant quite often.
Glad you liked my friends car, Adi's and my Mustang is black and older. We all (4) just happened to meet at Annie's and Adi's vet yesterday. They both have spring allergies.
Love the colors! I especially love the second photo - is that a bedsheet? The design is marvelous - the elephants in the fabric made it look like a piece from Thailand :) Wait, are those elephants? *lol*
I'll say it's colorful! I really like the one of the bells. In addition to the color, the lines flow so well. Happy WW...and thanks for stopping by Spatter.
Striking colors! Where was this Greek festival? I know that there's one here in Los Angeles. A friend of mine went last year. I'll have to go with him this year.
Waterbury, Connecticut, Randall. Thanks for asking.
The spread in the second photo struck us as decidedly not Greek, but the fellow selling it was decidedly Greek, so there's the connection! We didn't buy stuff--just food, and plenty of it.
