Skywatch Friday: the Benefit of Rising Early

A benefit or rising early is catching the sunrise.  Every now and again, I do that.  This was one of those "Which tide is it?" kind of mornings when I realized how simple and good life is when I show up without expectations.

    I love sunrises, though I too don't always wake up early enough to catch them. Yours is beautiful over the low(?) tide pools.

    Being a night owl I never used to see sunrises but now that I work nights I see them all the time before my shift ends. They truly are spectacular.
