And there it is! The mystery of the Universe. So simple.
No smoking. 10 pm curfew.No noise,No littering.No eating,no barefoot,use public toilets,No pets, no clothes.....I mean, wear clothes ....lol(beach humour)
Amazing that the basics have to be spelled out for most people.
You know, if everybody, everywhere, followed those rules life would be a lot better.
