Our World Tuesday: Squirrel Hunter and his Girl

Back in Connecticut, I had the pleasure of watching Clyde hunt and gather polyester prey until Adella was perfectly safe from attack by the squirrels, the cow, the Girl Scout bear, the black cat, and Fro, the lion whose mane melted in the dryer some time ago. He was tired in the end, but we all felt so much better after his work was done!

  10. Every garden needs a good ratter or as in your case a squirreler. I could use a good squirreler here in my garden. There were 9 squirrels here the other day. My dear old dog, Luna, doesn't even give chase any more. However her presence, if she chooses to go out, keeps them at bay from time to time. Good to see Clyde and his Master. His Master is growing up right before our eyes.

  12. Clyde looks exhausted but is clearly a good worker. I hope he was paid handsomely.

  13. Life is tough for little dogs. They work so hard and need a little pampering from a beautiful young lady :)
I'd say his day is made. :)

My Stella "gathers" her toys as well. It's rather charming to watch.)
