Surf City


The grasses and the trees growing along the intracoastal waterway in Surf City, North Carolina, radiated the warmth and light of summer even in late December. Of such things I can't seem to get enough.

  12. You can almost see the soft wind blowing through the grasses. I love the waves that the grasses seem to pattern. Great photos!

  14. I bet during summer you could walk along that boardwalk and hear rails calling and marsh wrens singing. A beautiful place for sure.

  20. I love scenery like this. One of my all time dreams has been to visit Cape Cod. That's how I picture the beaches there, lots of dunes, breakers etc...This is lovely Sandy. Your heart is always there...
