One Single Impression: Pause

Moments on this road

Stop me

The glare of the evening light on the wet road
Suggests a daylight that passed me by
I don't know when

But shows itself
When I am too late

This is goodbye....

Moments on this road
Stop me

And I do what I can.

 I watch the sun set.

  2. Don't you just hate it when you feel like time is passing you by. You just want to reach out there and grab it.

  4. You have written a nice poem here! :) The time goes to fast, and it sometimes seems as it will not stop for a while, not at all.. it just goes faster and faster.. :/

So we have to stop ourselves, look around and just live in the present of the time beeing, sometimes.. :)

  9. Lovely writing. It made me a little melancholy, to think that I let some days go by without being awake within them.

  12. Great reason to pause. . . with no photo to accompany it, we can all imagine our own sunsets and pretend we were there! I have a new camera and am blogging again at my old site.

  22. This piece compells us to pause along the road, just for a moment, taking in all that is around us.

  23. Without the pause...the music doesn't make sense. The sentence doesn't make sense. Life doesn't make sense. Pause!!!!!!!
