Today's World: Oh, Baby, Baby....They've Hatched!

I was thinking the other evening that Mama Goose sure was doing a lot of sitting around before her recent disappearance. She was up with the dude and the brood on Saturday morning, and they were fun to watch. The little guys disappear completely in the grass and shadows of trees in the early April light.

  31. Sweet little things. It is interesting that the one goose has a leg band. If you could blow up the image and read the numbers and letters you could find out where this goose was banded and the age, sex etc. I love to send in those band numbers to get the information. It is so interesting to find out where they come from.
