This week a friend and I took a ride to New Haven, Connecticut, to check out the graffiti on Water Street. These walls always amaze me.

ReplyDeleteLoved these. In the UK some cities are providing specific sites for Graffiti artists to try to get them to stop vandalism.

Those are really vivid! The sharp angles and the colours certainly make an impression.

ReplyDeleteI used to say I didn't like graffiti, but this is not like the messy vandalism I previously associated with it. So many questions - is it language, can it be read by others in the know, or just the creator...I obviously have some catching up to do! Thanks for the introduction.

ReplyDeleteI also photographer these graffiti, here in Rio.
It is interesting to note that the features are very similar, although these are a great distance. Perhaps the colorjet requires them to do a job like that.
