  1. We are supposed to have record high temps today. I wonder if the ice will still be there.

    Winter is such a bleak time for me. The short days, cold winds and the fact I can't spend as much time outdoors really weighs on me. I guess that is what is so great about spring.

  2. Living in tropical Singapore, I'll never be able to experience the coldness or harshness of a winter.

    I do enjoy playing in the snow for a day or two when I go for a winter holiday. But then I find it fun. hehe...

    It is 65 degrees here in Georiga at 3:00 in the afternoon. No rain but it has been cloudy all day. They are calling for rain. I hope we get some since we are suffering from drought.

  35. This is pretty! It reminds me of the rivers I experenced when I lived in New Hampshire.
    We don't have those in Southeastern Texas. Once in about 10 or 20 years we have a little snow.

  62. Great pictures, but I ask like the other commenters, are you having the warm weather we are? Is the ice still there? Yesterday, in Toronto, I was outside a few times sans jacket and in a T-Shirt... it was like mid-May weather here.
